Provence Sante Vetiver is more earthy or root-like than Vetiver de Puig (my vetiver scent of choice), the latter reminiscent of incense. However, Provence Sante Vetiver is the only soap with a good vetiver scent that has not fallen by the wayside. L'Occitane continually discontinues and reintroduces its vetiver soap, which has virtually no characteristic scent in the soap's current iteration. Because Provence Sante Vetiver has reliable availability and quality, it is the vetiver soap to complement any brand of vetiver scent. The round bath and hand soaps are the perfect shape; they hold their shape, scent, and lather to the very end.
